Braided by PTFE impregnated aramid filament fabric. The fundamental material for this aramid fiber packing is a synthesized fiber with very excellent resistance features. Aramid Packing 1201 wears out very smoothly, even under very elevated stress circumstances. In the low temperature spectrum of up to 280°C, the packing has a broad implementation.
The aramid packing of this type can be used for sealing in a wide range of chemical hostile settings as well as up to 280°C in water and steam.
Superior performance
Because of the aramid fiber, the packing can be commonly used in high-pressure and abrasive applications. PTFE impregnation allows the wrapping to be used in rotary pumps, but its primary use is in piston pumps.
Graphite ptfe gland packing raw material tape by warp braiding (impregnated), with good chemical stability, good self-lubricating performance, unchanged strength under high temperature and humid environment, easy to load and dismantle.
