Non-Asbestos Packing with PTFE impregnation
Braided from high-quality, no-asbestos fiber impregnated with PTFE. It has anti-corrosive and long service properties. Economic packing.
Typical Application: Universal packing. It’s ideal for large rotary pumps in medium-pressure applications. It’s chemical-neutral and resistant to water, steam, hot air, and oils.
Prime Features: Low maintenance. Easy to control. High strength and temperature resistance. Cheap packing.
Application
For use in pumps, valves, reciprocating and rotating shafts, mixers, and agitators. It is for services with higher speeds and temperatures than those for pure PTFE packings.
It is safe for all chemical pump uses, except for:

other strong oxidizers.
It is also against water, steam, petroleum derivatives, vegetable oil, and solvents.
